My recent stay at Nugraha exceeded my high expectations in every way imaginable. The room was an oasis of comfort, featuring a wonderfully spacious sitting area and a private terrace that offered breathtaking views of the garden. I particularly appreciated the meticulous attention to cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities, including a well-stocked mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities that made relaxing in the evening all the more enjoyable. The staff's dedication to exceptional service truly set Nugraha apart, especially Indah at reception, whose kindness made me feel right at home. The tranquil surroundings provided a peaceful escape from the bustling world outside, allowing me to unwind and indulge in the well-priced spa treatments.
